2023 Goal Setting Using the S.M.A.R.T. Method

As we head into the holiday season, we want to share how much it means to us that you have supported our growing business. Whether you have “liked” or “shared” on social media, referred a friend to work with us, read the monthly newsletter, or attended our first master class, we appreciate you!

With the end of 2022 quickly upon us, now is the perfect time to reflect, celebrate and look at setting new personal and professional goals. We recommend finding a quiet place to retreat so you can really consider all that went well, what you’d like to do differently, and begin to contemplate new goals for 2023. It’s important to begin with celebrations as those often get overlooked. Even if you did not reach all your goals for 2022, you accomplished things you have never done before and that’s a reason to celebrate YOU!

Then think about the new goals you want to accomplish in the new year and write them down and choose an accountability partner who will help cheer you on along the way. A simple way to set your goals is to follow the SMART acronym:

S – Specific: Details are important – the more the better.

M – Measurable: What will the evidence be that you’re making progress and how will you reevaluate?

A – Attainable: Be sure you can reasonably accomplish your goal within a specific timeframe.

R – Relevant: Your new goals should align with your values and long-term objectives.

T – Time-Based: Set a realistic end date to meet your goals.

Styling Tips for the Holidays

  • It’s time to sparkle! Add a little bling to your wardrobe by wearing sparkly earrings, hats, boots, tops, nail polish, or whatever else catches your eye.

  • Red, Green, Silver, and Gold are always festive colors to include during the holidays!

  • Faux fur – Yes please…..instantly adds a hint of glamour to your outfit.

Enjoy the holiday season with your family and friends and we look forward to partnering with you in 2023.

Cheers!

Lisa and Jenn
